Everyone is required to become a member through the Online Member Portal.

Please go to this website to start the process of becoming a member. On this website there is a video for New Members and a video for Renewing Members. I highly suggest watching these videos before you jump right in!

3. New Mexico High School Rodeo Association Medical Release
4. Concussion Form
5. Concussion Certificate Instructions
6. NMAA Physical Form - All Members must have a new physical completed after April 1, 2024
7. Eligibility Form
Your physical must be done April 1, 2024 or later.
Concussion Form and Concussion Certificate are two different items. You need to complete both.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS ALL PAPERWORK IS COMPLETED AS STATED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
