I understand that social media can be a fun and rewarding way to share your life and activities with family and friends. However, use of social media also presents certain risks and carries with it certain responsibilities. Please be respectful and post only appropriate and respectful content. Avoid using statements, photographs, and video or audio that reasonably could be viewed as malicious, obscene, and threatening or intimidating, that ridicule other individuals, or that might constitute harassment or bullying or violate any NHSRA conduct policies. Please be aware that violations of these policies may constitute dismissal from the NHSRA & NMHSRA. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

MEMBERSHIP FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE POSTED ON THE MEMBERSHIP PAGE.

Make sure your membership has been received & that all paperwork has been submitted online. Your membership will NOT be processed until all paperwork is uploaded to the Online system.

You will NOT be allowed to compete unless ALL membership paperwork has been turned in.

General Information:

ATTENTION ALL CONTESTANTS:

​Strict enforcement of the dress code as stated on page 22-23 of the rule book this year. This includes parents and siblings as well, no shoes of any kind will be allowed.

​

Be sure to read new shooting information on the shooting page.

​

ATTENTION TIE DOWN & RIBBON ROPERS:

No Jerk Down. In the tie-down and Ribbon Roping events, a contestant will receive a five second penalty for that run if he brings the animal over backwards (between 10 and 2 on a standard clock) with the animal landing on his back or head with all four feet in the air.​

​

Helmets used in the Bareback and Saddle Bronc Steer Riding must have a face mask.

​

If you enter the boys breakaway for points, you may enter the calf roping for jackpot fees only.
