2023 - 2024 Membership Information:

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Everyone is required to become a member through the Online Member Portal starting with the new season !!!! 

• NATIONAL MEMBER PORTAL WEBSITE:  https://nhsra.equestevent.com/ 

• Please go to this website to start the process of becoming a member. On this website there is a video for New Members and a video for Renewing Members.  I highly suggest watching these videos before you jump right in!

  • Member Letter - PRINT AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS

  • New Mexico Junior High Rodeo Association Medical Release

  • Concussion Form

  • Concussion Certificate Instructions

  • NMAA Physical Form - must be completed after April 1, 2023

• New members:

  • FYI:  On the minor’s release there is a place where the names that are notarized must be listed.  There is a note that states:  Notary: List all Names Notarized.  All names (both parents and member) that are notarized must be listed on the line or they will be returned for correction. The national office will not accept if not completed properly. Please only send paperwork that is completed correctly.

• YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS ALL PAPERWORK IS COMPLETED AS STATED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. 

• Your physical must be done after April 1, 2023.

• Concussion Form and Concussion Certificate are two different items. You must complete both forms.
